Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping costs vary and most are calculated based off of the carrier, shipping location and product weight. 

Free ground shipping on all orders over $149 (pre tax and discounts) within the United States.  

Most in stock orders placed before 12:00pm PST will ship the same day but please refer to your order status online for shipping and tracking updates. 

If your order is required sooner than standard priority mail shipping, we recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping method. 

All orders placed online can be tracked by logging into My Account and clicking on the order you wish to track. 

As a reminder, most in stock orders placed before 12:00pm PST will ship the same day, Monday - Friday. It may take up to 24 hours to see updated tracking. 

Please check the number of packages received and inspect for any visual damage at time of delivery. Do not accept a damaged or partially missing order without noting the issue on all copies of the receipt document or freight bill. Please contact customer service immediately in the event of missing or damaged packages by emailing us at info@shadeswaxco.com. 

Shades Wax Co. is committed to our customer’s satisfaction. Please contact us at info@shadeswaxco.com within 30 days of receiving your order if for any reason you are dissatisfied. All return requested must be authorized by Shades Wax Co. prior to returning of goods. Some items may not be returnable for sanitary reasons. Restocking fees may apply.

Orders are generally processed the same day. Please email us at info@shadeswaxco.com to change or cancel an order placed. We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.
